Handmade Copper Candy Tray Christmas

I​ ​have​ ​been​ ​a​ ​copper​ ​Smith​ ​for​ ​many​ ​years​ ​and​ ​make​ ​every​ ​item​ ​using​ ​my​ ​grandfathers​ ​tools​ ​on​ ​a​ ​maple​ ​tree​ ​trunk.​ ​​ ​I​ ​am​ ​a​ ​traditionalist​ ​and​ ​make​ ​everything​ ​the​ ​same​ ​way​ ​they​ ​would​ ​of​ ​100s​ ​of​ ​years​ ​ago.​ ​​ ​

Copper​ ​is​ ​a​ ​beautiful​ ​and​ ​special​ ​metal.​ ​​ ​I​ ​use​ ​copper​ ​that​ ​pure​ ​and​ ​I​ ​dont​ ​treat​ ​it​ ​with​ ​toxic​ ​finishes.​ ​​ ​In​ ​fact​ ​I​ ​leave​ ​the​ ​metal​ ​untouched​ ​so​ ​it​ ​will​ ​naturally​ ​patina​ ​over​ ​time.
